Language proficiency levels, previous test scores (TOEFL/IELTS), and specific learning objectives used to customize your English or Indonesian program.
Billing Logistics
Transaction history and payment confirmation data. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers; payments are processed via secure Indonesian gateways.
Processing and Utilization
We utilize gathered data to facilitate expert-led language instruction. This includes scheduling sessions at our Sudirman No. 12 facility, issuing progress reports, and validating your identity for certification purposes.
Communication is restricted to essential Academy updates. We do not engage in unauthorized third-party marketing, nor do we sell student lists to external organizations.
Security and Retention
Data is stored on encrypted local servers and secured cloud environments protected by multi-factor authentication. In alignment with Indonesian personal data protection (PDP) standards, we retain your records only as long as necessary for academic or tax compliance.
